Kitano Club SOLA and SOLA CAFÉ overlook the beautiful sea, mountains, and cityscape of Kobe.
Although conveniently located just a short distance from Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe, this urban resort sits in the midst of abundant nature, including waterfronts and greenery. A variety of shooting opportunities are possible as the scenery evolves from day, when it is overflowing with light, to night, when the million-dollar nightscape of Kobe becomes visible.
We also offer a diverse range of ancillary facilitiees, and our experienced staff will provide the appropriate support to film crews.

SPACE

Kitano Club Sola

Three party venues of different sizes and tastes with all-weather indoor gardens and terraces with spectacular views. In addition, many spaces, such as the entrance and the lobby, can be used for shooting with natural light. We invite you to use these simple, yet stylish spaces as locations for shooting a variety of different scenes.
SOLA CAFE

This complex is located on the same site as Kitano Club SOLA. It is a space with a natural an open atmosphere that houses a glass-walled greenhouse space, overflowing with greenery and light, that is coordinated by a popular gardener, a green market with indoor and outdoor greenery from around the world, and a cafe where visitors can relax in the natural environment.

*Also available for use on Wednesdays.
*Please consult us if you wish to shoot outside of the above hours.
*We accept requests for location scouting from 11:00-19:00 (except on Wednesdays).

Facilities

Equipped with makeup room/changing room/waiting room/parking lot.
*Usage of these facilities is free of charge.

Options

You can bring your own food and beverages with you.
Please consult us in advance if you would like us to arrange for boxed lunches.
Cancellations

*Our cancellation policy and fees are as follows.
Contract date - 60 days prior: Free
59 days - 30 days prior: 5% of the total quoted amount
29 days - 15 days prior: 10% of the total quoted amount
14 days - 8 days prior: 20% of the total quoted amount
7 days - 2 days prior: 30% of the total quoted amount
1 day prior: 50% of the total quoted amount
Same day: 100% of the total quoted amount

Others

*Your time will start when you enter the building and end when you exit the building.
*We may be unable to accommodate shooting at SOLA CAFE during the business hours of certain stores (11:00-19:00).
*All prices include consumption tax and service charges.
*Prices are subject to change without notice.
*We will accommodate requests for halal/vegetarian food separately.
*We will provide separate quotes for any other requests.
*We are unable to accommodate any shoots that are not in keeping with the image of our venues as venus for weddings and similar events.
